Office Assistant for Luxury Yacht Charter Momentum Luxury Yachts seeks a dynamic office assistant to manage daily operations across our expanding bases in Athens, Mykonos, and Paros. This role involves handling client requests, responding to inquiries, coordinating bookings, and providing on site support in Mykonos and Paros when needed, aligning with our growth in luxury yacht charters. Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly to client requests, emails, and booking inquiries professionally. • Coordinate yacht charter operations, including scheduling and support at Mykonos/Paros bases. • Handle administrative tasks like data entry, client communications, and office organization. Requirements • Fluent English (written and spoken essential); additional languages like German, French, or Russian highly valued for international clients. • Greek fluency preferred; excellent organizational skills and customer service orientation required. • Willingness to travel to Mykonos/Paros; yachting or tourism experience a plus but not mandatory.
