Key Responsibilities • Monitor and manage office supplies and stationary. • Schedule and coordinate office appointments and meetings. • Liaise with energy providers and oversee related communications. • Track and manage insurance and utility bill deadlines. • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with external courier services. • Maintain records of personnel days off and assist in leave management. • Oversee concurrent office procedures to ensure efficiency. • Handle minor accounting tasks, including simple entries and communication with customers and suppliers.
