Collaborate with teams to improve processes and efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (any discipline is a plus). Previous experience in customer service or exam operations preferred. Excellent English (C2 level); other languages are a plus. Strong communication & computer skills (ECDL Advanced is a plus). Flexible, organized, and able to work in 24/7 rotating shifts (including nights/weekends).
