Customer support Specialist We are looking for a competent & experienced Customer Service Representative to be in charge of Streamee's Customer Service efforts, the organization’s newly launched Music Streaming Platform. The goal is to keep the department running efficiently and to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention by always meeting or exceeding customer expectations. / Responsibilities Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat, Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features, Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth, Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions, Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance, Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers, Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members, Take ownership of customer's issues and follow problems through to resolution, Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams, Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports, Maintain an orderly workflow according to the relevant priorities. / Requirements and skills Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role, Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, Strong client-facing and communication skills, Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills, Patience when handling tough cases, Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications, B.Sc. in a relevant field will be a plus, Β2 level in English
