If you are passionate about customer service, enjoy working in an organized environment, and want to grow your professional skills in the insurance sector, we’d love to meet you. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Assisting with customer support and communication (in person, by phone, and email) Helping with data entry and processing of insurance contracts and client records Supporting the preparation of documents and coordination with insurance partners Performing basic administrative and accounting tasks (e.g., invoice checking, file updates) 🔹 What We’re Looking For ✅ Very good level of English (written and spoken) ✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills ✅ Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) ✅ Basic knowledge of accounting principles will be considered an asset ✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn and support the team 🔹 What We Offer ✨ Full time position, Monday to Friday (8 hour morning schedule) ✨ Friendly and supportive work environment ✨ Training and opportunities for professional development ✨ Stability and long term collaboration
