Role Purpose We, X-Yachting Sailing Center - https //x-yachting.com/ , are looking for a passionate professional to join our growing team as a Sales and Digital Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will bring our brand to life, nurture and create relaonships and market our business through all sales channels. We want someone analycal, strategic and driven, who has the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to support our vision. You will be working from our offices located at Kifissias Avenue in Athens, and you will visit our base in Olympic Marine Lavrio at least once per week. Responsibilies ● To develop, manage and execute the digital markeng strategy, including SEO, email, social media and display adversing campaigns ● To manage and oversee the company’s sales efforts ● To design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence ● To manage and enhance our social media plaorms and team, which include Instagram, Facebook, YouTube ● To administrate the creaon and publishing of relevant, original and engaging high-quality content based on a planned, regular publishing schedule, that builds meaningful connecons and encourages community members to take acon ● To administrate email markeng by the creaon of commercial messages to targeted groups of people so as to build/enhance loyalty, trust and brand awareness ● To assist in the collecon of clients feedback and tesmonials, and to acon improvements and soluons ● To acvely parcipate and contribute to the successful launch of exclusive events and corporate events by our Company ● To parcipate in events organized by associates/partners in Greece and abroad ● To establish partnerships with companies to enhance our access to potenal customers who are interested in luxury travel experiences ● To idenfy and recommend new markets, channels and strategies for growth ● To maintain sufficient reports to communicate markeng performance with the top management team Qualificaons / Skillset ● Degree in Business, Economics, Markeng or in a relevant field ● Demonstrable industry experience in content creaon, markeng and/or sales ● Creave mindset; able to capture visually appealing content for social media ● Sound and up-to-date knowledge of latest trends and best pracces in markeng. ● Excellent wring and language skills both in Greek and English. ● Highly organised and able to communicate effecvely with all members of the team. ● Strong leadership skills. ● Excellent analycal skills ● Experience in the yachng industry will be considered an asset Benefits ● Modern, bright offices next to Ambelokipi metro staon ● Fun, fast-paced, creave environment ● Compeve salary to skill level, with potenal performance bonus ● Flexible work arrangements (hybrid-remote working)
