Door Man - Groom We are looking for a new member to join our operations team at Academias, an Autograph Collection Hotel. We are building a team of dedicated professionals who are interested in growing with us in the long run. Job offer requirements Experience in hospitality, preferably 1-2 years in a similar position Ability to multitask. Strong communication skills Team player and problem solver Positive attitude Main duties Welcomes and greets guests and assists with luggage. Checks the lobby area at all times (doors, floors, windows, etc.) as well as the sidewalks in front of the entrance and keeps it clean. Assists guests with directions and transportation arrangements if needed. Knows all property offerings as well as local area. Is aware of all room features and able to assist with any guest's request.
