Head of Operations - We are a start-up to disrupt the food industry. We are building the largest Healthy Food group in Greece. Our vision is to expand nationwide to more than 40 locations in the next 3 years and help Greek people live a healthier, happier life. We are looking for an individual to lead the opening of the first locations, manage the operations of the company and help grow the group nationwide. You will be working closely with the founders, setting together strategic goals and making fundamental decisions that will shape the group going forward. Responsibilities - • Location scouting • Kitchen set up identify the right equipment, work on the most efficient set up. • Hiring the right people for the right job. • Ensure locations are operating efficiently to maximize financial performance • Identify and implement best practices and systems for, sales, staffing, and inventory management. • Direct communication with suppliers • Oversee location training to include training strategies, application, and training systems • Provide concise communication to all leadership team members regarding standards, operational functions, and expectations for performance. • Ensure high-quality standards of food and beverage preparation and execution in accordance with Food Safety regulations. • Work in conjunction with outside vendors/partners to ensure strong working relationships are established and maintained. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. • Minimum of five years of management experience within a food service industry. • Managed 10+ employees in either single unit or multiple unit establishments. • Demonstrated successful track record of the leadership of teams and directing the execution of food service operations. • Proven leadership abilities, including ability to think strategically and develop operational strategies. • A true operator, comfortable with hands on approach, focused on efficiency and perfecting the details. • Genuinely passionate about the business, the brand, and the people.
