ARCHITECT GreenTech, the leader in high end AgTech sector in SE Europe, implementing mid & large scale engineering and construction projects, is seeking an experienced Architect to join its Residential and Hospitality business unit in Athens. The ideal candidates should have experience in all stages of a residential or hospitality project, from concept to construction and an eye for great interiors. Role Requirements • Degree in Architecture (Master is a plus). • Proven working experience as an architect of 5+ years in all stages of architectural design, from concept to construction (please attach your portfolio). • Proficient in 2D + 3D programs (AutoCAD 2D, Revit BIM, 3ds Max (or similar), Rendering Vray (or similar). · Graphic skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills. • Very good knowledge of Greece’s Building Codes and regulations (GOK/NOK). • Fluency in Greek and English. • Communication and project management skills. • Proven experience in interior design projects is considered a plus. (please attach your portfolio). • Construction site experience is considered a plus. Role Responsibilities • Develop and conceptualize design ideas for architectural as well as interior design projects, keeping in mind client’s needs and building’s usage. • residential and hospitality building projects. • Produce designs that follow the current building codes and regulations, specific standards and guidelines. • Apply for building permit including all needed processes. • Compose and present reports, proposals and design presentations. • Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals and clients. • Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project. • Collaborate effectively with existing team to ensure the overall progress of all company projects. • Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve any problems that may arise during construction. • Keep within budgets and timelines.
