Le Grand Bleu restaurant & beach bar & apartments

We are a small family business that own a restaurant with beach bar , serviced Apartments, and rent out parasols with sun beds at the sandy beach right in front of our business. We still have 2 job positions open as 1.) kitchen help/ chef assistant 2.) housekeeping/chambermaid Aprox. 9 hours job hours daily 1.) kitchen help/ chef assistant We require knowledge in cooking, but not necessarily to have a culinary degree. We count more on your experience in working in a restaurant kitchen, or similar, for at least 1-2 Years. Duties in kitchen -keeping stations clean -knowledge how to wash dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses properly -keeping the kitchen equipments, stoves, oven, grill and furniture clean -keeping the storage cupboard and kitchen tidy and stocked -doing inventory, and manage supplies, to check what is missing at the end of the evening and write it on the shopping list -cleaning the windows and to swipe/mop the floor in kitchen and restaurant area -preparing simple food properly, -supporting the Chef to prepare the food on time. 2.) housekeeping / chambermaid We count more on your experience in working in a housekeeping position or similar, for at least 1-2 Years. service - room cleaning, change bed linen, sheets and towels. - cleaning of windows, bathrooms, hallway, balcony, dishes in apartment & studios - emptying garbage bin - doing the laundry & ironing - keep the laundry room tidy - checking stock, inventory General Job skills friendly, dedicated to your job, service minded, fast working, team worker, helpful, & cooperative Language English fluently or Greek Further information - the salary will be paid per month (The salary is per month € 950 netto) - we offer breakfast and a meal per day - we will pay for your, by the Greek Government required, social health insurance during our working agreement and - we will pay the rent for the room that you will share with another staff member, in a Pension, about 900 m away from our business. For the job in the kitchen and rooms we prefer that are vaccinated against COVID-19 (in intrest of your own health protection).
