As a Junior Facilities Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the proactive maintenance of our facilities within our newly constructed apartments all around Athens city centre and be involved in the whole property management process. Education and Work Experience Requirements - High school education or equivalent (someone currently attending Engineering/Technical studies is also appropriate) - Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry - Ability to work with minimal technical supervision / guidance - Basic written & verbal English communication skills is a plus Part or full time.
