Hotel Reservations and Sales Agent TailorMade Hospitality Management is a fast-growing property sales and reservations company located in Athens, Greece. Our aim is to assist hotel and villa owners to maximize their revenue and efficiently manage their reservations. Currently we are seeking to recruit for our office a Reservations & Sales Agent, with the following requirements POSITION QUALIFICATIONS · Computer literate and knowledge of PMS, Channel Manager & IDS/OTA’s Extranet systems. · Ability to communicate fluently (written & oral) in both Greek and English language. · Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook. · Hospitality, Tourism or Business degree. · Relevant experience in Hotel’s or Agency's Reservations Department is good to have but not required. · Team spirit, enthusiastic and self-motivated MAIN DUTIES · Handle incoming reservations requests · Update and manage property PMS · Update and manage channel management software · Follow up on payments and deposits · Effectively inform hotel owners for upcoming reservations and guest requests · Proactively call hotel partners to resolve any anticipated future issues · Provide partner support and maintenance · Cooperate seamlessly with our Reservations Manager Job level Junior Contract type Full-time, Permanent Location Athens, Greece
