Role Overview We are seeking experienced and high level software developers with strong leadership capabilities to join our growing team in Cyprus. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a dynamic team of coders, drive development projects from conception to delivery, and contribute significantly to the strategic direction of our software solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers. Oversee the development lifecycle from initial planning through implementation and delivery. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes. Provide leadership in decision making, problem solving, and troubleshooting. Regularly review code, offering constructive feedback to maintain high standards. Qualifcations and Experience BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Proven experience with a minimum of 5+ years in a senior or leadership role. Extensive knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks Experience in AI development will be considered an advantage Demonstrated experience in leading development teams.
