TECHNICAL STAFF/SKIPPER POSSITION Role Purpose X Yachting Sailing Center – https //x yachting.com/ – is seeking a young and enthusiastic professional to join our office in Olympic Marine Lavrio. This role involves maintenance of yachts and motorboats, preparation of yachts and motorboats for charters/personal use, operating sailboats and motorboats as a skipper and contributing in offering a unique experience to our customers. Responsibilities • Maintenance and supervision of the fleet and other equipment • Assisting with the hauling out and hauling in of yachts • Assist with mooring of our yachts and refuelling • Preparation of yachts and motorboats for charter or private use • Providing skipper services on yachts and motorboats • Maintain records of maintenance tasks, inventory and condition of yachts and motorboats • Customer service • Assist with other technical projects Qualifications / Skill set • General technical working experience • Experience in yacht maintenance and handling • Excellent organisational and time management abilities • Good work ethic with strong attention to detail and resourcefulness. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team • Knowledgeable in using computers and electronic devices • Deckhand and/or skipper experience • Offshore sailing licence and motorboat operator licence Benefits • Offices located right on the seaside, in Olympic Marine • Fun, fast paced, creative and collaborative environment • Competitive salary, with potential for growth • Opportunities for professional development and training If you are enthusiastic about starting your career in yachting and eager to contribute to the growth of our company, we encourage you to apply.
