This is a boutique hotel based in the center of Athens. We are a small boutique hotel based in the center of Athens. o Support guests in their journey from reservations to check in/check out and feedback management o Coordinate guest requests with Cohort team and other providers o Manage guest requests through the Cohort App o Plan and execute daily tasks and functions in relation to the industry o Ensures the integrity and accuracy of information in all systems used at the property o Coordinate maintenance requests with the assigned company o Propose new lines of business and procedures to increase guest engagement o Develop periodic reports and statistical analysis for the function as per policies o Handle guests billing and payment o Support in investigations for discrepancies with the accounting team o Maintain the virtual inventory up to date and log movement of stock o Report all incidents and accidents in the property efficiently and on timely manner o Perform any other duty related to the job function as assigned by theCommunity Manager o Manage requests from guests in the absence of the Co keepers o Coordinate laundry pick ups and deliveries with outsourced laundry o Handle the emergency line for the property after working hours as per assignment
