RESERVATIONS REPRESENTATIVE (Permanent & Seasonal staff) Responsibilities · Respond to guests’ inquiries & questions. · Interact with & support the Sales Department. · Sell & promote. · Provide high quality results. · Handle guests’ complaints. · Manage complexity. · Contribute to the smooth & high standard guest experience. · Optimize procedures & services. · Work co ordinately & professionally with co workers & supervisors. · Comply with working regulations as required. · Manage significant opportunities. · Uphold company standards for hospitality and presentation. Requirements · Previous experience in Reservations or Customer service preferred. · Customer service skills. · Positive attitude & passion for providing excellent guest service. · Good organizational, communication, both verbal & written & interpersonal skills. · Self motivated, enthusiastic, with ability & confidence to sell/promote. · Ability in multitask in a fast faced environment. · Confident conflict resolution & managing complexity. · Team oriented mindset. · Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset). · Availability for shift work.
