For our unique My Suite Boutique hotel in the picturesque holiday destination of Parga, we are looking to hire one Front Desk & Reservations Supervisor to operate the premises and fulfill the wishes of the upscale guests for the season 2025. Parga is the most vibrant destination in Epirus and international tourists are streaming from all over Europe to enjoy the unique culture, food delicacies, nightlife and natural environment Position Requirements 2+years'experience in front desk operations and reservations Excellent command of written and spoken Greek and English language Professional appearance & attitude Effective communications skills, team player spirit Experience in navigating, adjusting, and handling all internet booking engines [Expedia, Booking.com, Webhotelier etc] Excellent knowledge of working with emails and internet Knowledge of use of social media for advertising, booking and communication with potential and existing clients After sales follow up with guests The Company Offers Excellent compensation package, professional work environment Accommodation in private room in the premises Meal Plan CVs with full career history, photograph and data required for consideration of this position
