Night Auditor – Nur Aparthotels Nur Aparthotels is a rapidly expanding hospitality brand based in Athens, offering modern, design focused accommodation for both short term and extended stays. We are looking for a reliable and guest oriented Night Auditor to join our team in a full time, on site role. Key Responsibilities Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including late check ins and early check outs. Respond to guest enquiries, phone calls and reservation requests. Handle payments, verify guest accounts and reconcile daily transactions. Complete night audit procedures and prepare daily reports. Address guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally. Respond to overnight incidents in accordance with hotel procedures. Ensure an accurate handover to the morning team. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a similar hotel role. Excellent command of Greek and English; additional languages are a plus. Strong computer skills and familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and confidence in handling payments and daily financial checks. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure. Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
