τοStay is a hospitality start-up providing personalized hospitality services by offering unique property apartments in Athens! We currently have ~60 apartments under management, including two small boutique apart-hotels, and this is where the Customer Service Associate will thrive as the front leader of the customer service! τοStay is a fast paced environment and so far has been growing at a 35% monthly rate. Our service team members are our front line specialists who ensure our guests have an unforgettable stay. The service team is responsible for tasks ranging from everyday fantastic customer service to organizing maintenance contractors and coordinating with other teams.
