We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Front Office Manager to lead our team at Zelia Resort Halkidiki Responsibilities • Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office department, including check in, check out, reservations, and guest services. • Manage and motivate a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences. • Ensure smooth and efficient operations, maximizing guest satisfaction and revenue. • Implement and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety. • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally. • Analyze key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve performance. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and staff. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • In depth knowledge of hotel operations and systems. • Proficiency in Protel property management system (PMS). • Excellent communication and problem solving skills. • Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred.
