• Coordinate reservations in cooperation with restaurant’s maître d. • In charge of all company’s communication channels (print and digital). • Coordinate and design b2b events. • Understand customers’ needs and make sure that they are accurately communicated to restaurant’s various departments. • Upgrade customer experience pre and post visiting restaurant’s premises. • Responsible for communication of restaurant’s mission both internally and externally. • Explore new business opportunities and execute related actions. • Contributes ideas to measure and increase brand awareness and customer satisfaction. Morning working hours Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Working knowledge of basic information systems Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
