Junior Sales Associate **Who We Are** Flarmio is a fast growing technology company specializing in the development of innovative applications and services. Our projects include Quickord A digital ordering application for the food and retail industry, fully integrated with AADE. Roomismo A pioneering platform for managing tourist accommodations, enhancing guest experiences and business efficiency. Vision Arrays Development of custom applications, websites, and branding for clients. **What We Are Looking For** We are looking for a Junior Sales Associate to strengthen our sales team and contribute to the growth of our three main projects Quickord, Roomismo, and Vision Arrays. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, communicative, and eager to learn. **Key Responsibilities** Generate leads and drive sales growth through various channels. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop sales strategies. Present our products to potential clients and communicate their value. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales materials. Continuously update and manage the sales pipeline. **Required Qualifications** 1+ years of experience in sales (preferably in software or technology). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills. Ability to understand and learn new technologies. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **What We Offer** Base salary + 10 14% commission on sales. Flexible hours (full time). Training program.
