Product excellence paired with the Astir Marina’s exceptional views will be beyond doubt a Hotspot. We are currently looking for staff for the position of Retail Associate. Job description As a retail associate, your primary responsibility is to greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. You'll also be taking and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This will include operating the cash register and handling financial transactions, as well as assisting customers with any inquiries they may have about your products. In addition, you'll be participating in inventory management and restocking products as needed, while collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store. Finally, demonstrating a strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond for your customers will be essential to your success in this role. Requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A passion for pastry, coffee, and Italian cuisine is a plus.
