Responsibilities Monitor monthly store performance; Execute superior customer service and after sales experience to increase and retain customer loyalty; Manage and support stock levels through direct communication with key business departments to maximize full price selling, maintaining a high sell through as well as alignment with new product launches; Keeping track of inventory and purchasing additional merchandise stock reordering. Oversee and organize store’s daily operations and ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and control costs. Preparing and controlling the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency Qualifications · Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; · Technological skills such as ERP software and knowing how to use a point of sale system · Strong verbal and written communication skills (Greek and English) and excellent organizational skills; · Knowledge of the Fashion Industry
