About the Role As a Waiter/Waitress at Liostasi, you will play a key role in our F&B operations. This position requires an individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment, offering attentive service across various dining settings, from casual poolside lunches to sophisticated fine dining in the evenings. Key Responsibilities Guest Service Provide exceptional dining experiences throughout all meal periods – breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including bar and room service. Menu Expertise Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of all menus, including breakfast offerings, lunch dishes, fine dining options, and beverages. Sales and Service Enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue through attentive service and recommending menu items. Efficient Operations Ensure timely and accurate order taking, food delivery, billing, and handling guest requests. Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service. Quality Control Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Guest Relations Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care, ensuring a positive dining experience. Requirements Experience Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a luxury or fine dining setting. Skills Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to high quality guest service. Language Proficiency Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly Greek, are highly desirable. Technical Skills Familiarity with restaurant POS systems, preferably Micros.
