Job Responsibilities • Ensuring guest satisfaction during dining experience • Knowing all dishes and drinks on the menu ingrediences included, as well as its presentation • Recommending/ suggesting specialties to guests; apply suggestive selling techniques • Ensuring that food and beverage items served, are compatibe to the hotels standards (e.g., presentation, temperature) • Following and always maintaining Hygiene Protocols • Ensuring correct order-taking making sure that guest preferences are met and any food related restrictions, mentioned by the guests, are respected • Responding to guests suggestions and feedback Job Requirements • Must possess at least 5 years experience on a similar position in 5 star hotel and/or luxury restaurant • Excellent command of English language is essential • Knowledge of French language will be highly appreciated We offer • Attractive package of benefits • Accommodation • Meal Included • Supportive & Pleasant working environment • Strong Career progression opportunities
