Assistant waiters and waitresses/ runner will be tasked with providing general assistance to the waiting staff. Keeping track of inventory and restocking items like napkins, condiments, and utensils is also part of your role. Follow directions from the Waiter/Waitress in order to ensure exceptional guest service. Preserve the workstation organized and stocked in order to better accommodate the needs.Knowledge of an additional language is vital (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, other).
